Bach Flower Remedies Session

Bach Flower Remedies

The Bach Flower Remedy is a safe and natural method of healing that was discovered by Dr. Bach during 1920 -1930’s in England. He was a well-known bacteriologist, physician and pathologist.

Dr. Edward Bach wrote “Disease of the body itself is nothing but the result of the disharmony between soul and mind. Remove the disharmony, and we regain harmony between soul and mind, and the body is once more perfect in all its parts.”

The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the individual. These gently restore the balance between mind and body by eliminating emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision.  These remedies are made from wild flowers and are safe for the entire family including pets.

“Wonderful as it may seem, relieve your patient of the mood or moods such as are given in this system of healing, and your patient is better.”

Dr. Edward Bach

The remedies are preserved in grape based brandy and are gluten free. The 38 remedies that were discovered by Dr. Bach is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state.

Gorse is a remedy for when an individual feels hopeless and deep despair. Taking the remedy will help them overcome these feelings.

Emotional Areas

There are seven (7) Bach Flower groups. These groups make it easier to separate the Bach Flower Remedies into categories of feelings. The feelings include:

  • Fear
  • Uncertainty
  • Disconnection
  • Loneliness
  • Over-sensitivity
  • Despair
  • Over-care of others
