When was the last time you did some self-care for yourself? When was the last time that you did some special for yourself.
Everyone needs to unplug and recharge from time to time. Our mountain retreats provide our community an opportunity to unplug from their daily lives to reconnect, restore, and refill their energy tanks. Vialet loves being able to spend time with the individuals in her community. This is her opportunity to connect and share her teachings in a smaller group setting in the mountains of Woodland Park, CO.
