Today, we are going to focus on the Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is located in the lower abdomen, below the navel and above the pubic bone. Please direct your attention to the Sacral Chakra. What do you feel? (Pause) What do you see? (Pause) What do you know? (Pause) The Sacral Chakra is associated with the color of orange. See a beautiful orange light flowing in and out of the chakra. The orange light is powerful and bright. With intention, begin to visualize the chakra spinning clockwise. The chakra has a steady spin, and the orange light is dissolving any and all blocks that have been created. This chakra assists us in feeling creative, sexual, and sensual.
