Giving Thanks

How Learning Your Earth Sign Can Empower You

November is a month of gratitude, but do you think about all of the things in your life that you are grateful for all year long?

Life gives us many opportunities and challenges on a daily basis. Do you let negative thoughts and feelings come in when you are having a bad day or do you look for the lesson? Now, I know that life isn’t always sunshine and roses, but when you live each day with gratitude in your heart it makes life’s challenges a little bit easier.

I recommend having a gratitude journal and every day write down at least 5 things you are grateful for starting with the little things. When we change our thought patterns it can be easier to see the good in life.
The last couple of years have brought me many challenges that in previous years would have made me want to completely shut down and crawl into the dark abyss, but by changing my thoughts I am living a happier life and enjoying life to its fullest. Living in gratitude has helped me step into my role as a healer and hear messages from my guides more clearly.
I have found that fear and gratitude can not coexist very easily and I choose to live in gratitude.
In these challenging and uncertain times it’s easy to get drug down into negative thinking and fear based actions. I believe when we let those thoughts rule us we are angry, fearful, and unhappy which can bring about disease, depression, and poor health.
I meditate every morning and ask my angels and guides to help me be a better person than I was yesterday and see with eyes of love, grace compassion and kindness. This is not easy especially when others are acting in hurtful and negative ways. Hurt people hurt people. As an empath, I tend to take on others feelings and sometimes feel angry or sad for no reason. In my morning meditation, I ask Archangel Michael to to place me in a bubble of protection and ward off anything negative that comes my way and send it back with love and light. I also ask that I exude kindness, compassion, love, grace, and peace.
Yes, some days I still struggle with these things. I am human after all, but with time I have learned how to recognize unhealthy thought patterns and negative reactions. The only thing I can control is how I react.
Healing starts with you and an attitude of gratitude!
I would love to do a reading for you to help you uncover your beautiful authentic self! I assure you that even in your darkest times, there are things to be grateful for!
