Hold Your Space

Blog Headers for Lisa Eleni for 2021

There is something very cathartic about writing. The power of word choice and sentence composition to inspire, reflect, or record is a desirable outcome of the power of the pen.

As the holidays come and go and the new year approaches, a new vibration to get intentional about the new energy of 2022 is emerging. Having a journal throughout the new year will enable you to have a safe space to explore and reflect on the ideas that you are putting energy on and manifesting. Creating your own journal allows you to bring in the intention and energy into your decorations and gives a little more power to your intentions, which is very empowering. We have a clean slate in the new year, opportunity to really open up to the new energy and anticipation of experiences.

I may be aging myself, but can you recall when you were a young child and waiting for the Sears catalog to come in the mail so you could go through and mark all of pictures of what was on your wish list? This for me was the launch of scrapbooking with intention. I love having journals with no lines so that I can draw pictures or glue in pictures of what I am setting intentions on.

Manifesting your dreams involves envisioning and keeping energy moving toward your goals.

Ideas to utilize your own journal:

1. Holiday remembrances: I like to write down what we did each year and poignant moments from the holiday. I include recipes, pictures, statements about events that stood out during the year. Perhaps it can be a specific journal of funny things the children say, or activities that the family really enjoys so that you can reflect on it each holiday season.

2. Idea journal: What a great tool to keep in your purse or by your desk so you can jot down the ideas that come to you when you least expect it. Angels are always communicating.

3. Reflection journal: As we travel through this world, there is so much to reflect on. Perhaps your musings on a hike or after a day of skiing? Reflection is such a powerful tool for your empowerment. Sometimes, the realization that you are making progress can be inspiring.

4. Inspirations: Capturing a picture, quote, or life experience that can inspire your imagination and motivate you to forge ahead or change directions to try something new.

5. Dreams: Journals are a great place to record your dreams. In your theta state, you can get amazing messages in the form of symbols, or colors from your guides and guardian angels to keep you inspired in the new year.
