Kundalini Yoga in the Akasha Realm
Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness. I call it Spiritual Yoga as it supported me through different times during my awakening. I used to experience debilitating anxiety and panic attacks when my energy had interferences.
Kundalini yoga works on activating the subtle energy through the Chakras and moving the energy up the Kundalini. This is from the root Chakra up and around the spine to the Crown Chakra and beyond in the 8th Chakra or Akasha realm.
Chakras are energy centers that hold information and memories on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. I find our energy gets stuck in the lower chakra which makes this physical life challenging. Here we have trouble being grounded, health issue, mind and mood off and difficulty creating what we want in our life, though through Kundalini yoga, this subtle can moved.
By releasing the stuck energy, the Chakras are engaged and activated, even in the upper Chakras and we gain clarity and calmness. This is why Kundalini yoga works in the Akasha field also known as the Ether or Space Element (Akasha). This energy is spacious, open-minded, and universal consciousness. The space element is the most subtle of all elements.
When we connect with the subtle energy of Akasha field or realm, we also access the Akashic Records. Therefore, many have a spiritual awakening in Kundalini Yoga. As we access these higher consciousness realms, our intuition is expanded, or we tap into the loving and peaceful energy of the Akashic Realm.
If you’re on a Spiritual Journey, Kundalini Yoga is a perfect way to combine movement, release stuck energy, access to higher realms, calm the nervous system and energize the body.
This is done through
- A set of yoga poses (called a Kriya)
- Breath of Fire (powerful beathing technique)
- Mudra (symbolic hand gestures)
- Mantra (repeated sacred sounds)
- Mediation (integrate energies)
