FALL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

This private webpage is dedicated to our volunteers. Discover Your Spiritual Gifts is grateful for the individuals that volunteer to assist us with the various activities, projects, and events at our center.

REGISTRATION

When you register to volunteer, you will receive a confirmation email for the registration. There are a variety of activites for the volunteers. If you are unable to volunteer, please cancel or reschedule your registeration. There is a blue button at the bottom of the email confirmation. NOTE: If you are trying to register and it is not available, the spots have been taken.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Our Volunteer Coordinator is Karla Brachtenbach. She has graciously taken on this role for DYSG. She assists us in making sure that we have enough volunteers for each of the opportunities available.

FALL SCHEDULE

DECORATE TEMPLE CLASSROOM

Friday, November 3rd, 2023

10 AM – 11:30 AM

The volunteers will decorate the Temple Classroom for the Fairy Playshops. The holiday altars will be set and the ceiling will be decorated. (2 people)

TREE TRIMMING

Saturday, November 18th, 2023

6:00 PM

This is an event for the DYSG team members and volunteers. We will be decorating the tree and the space upstairs/downstairs. A hot chocolate bar will be served during this event. This is a fun family event.

SPIRITUAL CRAFT FAIR

Friday, November 24th 4 PM – 6 PM

Setting up for Craft Fair. You will need to be able to lift and carry tables. You will assist Vialet and/or Nikki with setting up the rooms for the Craft Fair. (4 people)

SPIRITUAL CRAFT FAIR

Saturday, November 25th

9 AM – 12 PM

11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

2 PM – 5 PM

The morning shift will assist in setting up the refreshments, greeting and directing the vendors, and greeting visitors with the center opens. The mid shift will be greeting visitors at the front and directing traffic. The late shift will greet traffic and clean up the refereshment station. (1 person)
