REGISTRATION
When you register to volunteer, you will receive a confirmation email for the registration. There are a variety of activites for the volunteers. If you are unable to volunteer, please cancel or reschedule your registeration. There is a blue button at the bottom of the email confirmation. NOTE: If you are trying to register and it is not available, the spots have been taken.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Our Volunteer Coordinator is Karla Brachtenbach. She has graciously taken on this role for DYSG. She assists us in making sure that we have enough volunteers for each of the opportunities available.

VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION DAY

We recognize our volunteers for the year. The volunteers get 15% off in the store afterwards.
ADDRESS CHRISTMAS CARDS

Pick up between 10 AM – 3 PM
We located our mailing list!!!!
Volunteers can pick up the Christmas Cards and Mailing List. We have four packs of 60+ cards, envelopes and mailing list. Return the addressed cards by Saturday, December 16th, 2023.
CUT CRYSTAL CARDS
Friday, December 8th, 2023

The volunteer will cut the crystal cards at the center. (1 person)
STOCK APOTHECARY HERBS
Tuesday, December 12th, 2023
3 PM
The volunteer will fill the herb jars in the apothecary.
INSTALL CABINET DOORS
Friday, December 15th, 2023
5 PM
We still need the cabinet doors in the kitchen installed on one of the cabinets. Are you handy? We have the supplies and directions.
PACK UP CHRISTMAS
Friday, December 29th, 2023
10 AM
The volunteers take down the Christmas tree & all the Christmas decorations at the center. They pack them away and prepare the totes for the garage.
MAKING CANDLES

The volunteers will be assisting Vialet in making candles for the shop.
CUT CRYSTAL CARDS

PACK UP YULE
Wednesday, January 17th, 2024
10 AM – 11:30 AM
Volunteers will pack up the Yule decorations in the Fairy Classroom.
READER FAIR SET UP
Friday, January 26th, 2024
4 PM – 5 PM
Setting up for Reader & Healer Fair. You will need to be able to lift and carry tables. The volunteers will help with setting up tables and assisting Vialet and/or Nikki with setting up the rooms for the Fair. (3 people)
READER FAIR LUNCH PREP
Saturday, January 27th, 2024
11 AM – 2 PM
You will be prepping for lunch for the vendors, keeping food fresh, and cleaning up after lunch. (1 person)
READER FAIR

These are greeting and directing positions. We will have someone downstairs in the practitioner suites assisting the traffic flow and someone at the front door greeting and direction traffic. (2 people per shift)
Vialet, Tom, & Nikki will be available for tours and assisting with questions.
PSYCHIC TEA SET UP

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
We will be making tea and setting up the cakes and cookies for the event. The tables will be set up for the tea with numerous types of desserts for the tea. The event begins at 2:00 PM. (2 people)
PACK UP IMBOLC

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Volunteers will be packing up the Imbolc decorations in the Fairy Classroom.
