No Fooling Around - Manifesting with Intention
April is filled with fairy magic and leprechaun shenanigans that shift the energy of making connections with more playful energy. It is immensely helpful to tune into this energy as we create intentions during the fertile portion of Spring. You have spent time, in your head, mulling over innovative ideas and now it is time to bring some of those ideas to fruition. You want to be intentional and stay focused as you generate the energy needed to bring your ideas to reality.
As you are manifesting, it is important to visualize your plan as discussed last month. You don’t just want to just say what you want; you want to really feel your success - even before it is a reality.
As you are feeling into your ideas, you want to be mindful of your prayers and your affirmations. If you are vague about your desires, it will be more difficult to manifest them. For instance, my word of the year during 2020 was abundance. In hindsight, it certainly was a year of abundance, but I would argue starting a business during a pandemic was fraught with unforeseen difficulties that really were clearly not indicative of the type of abundance I wanted.
One of the most successful ways to manifest your intentions is to make sure you acknowledge them each day. A mantra is an excellent verbal affirmation to recite multiple times daily. When coupled with a visual reminder or card of encouragement, this can really help put your dreams into motion.
You can refresh your daily affirmations by drawing a daily oracle or Tarot card. There are a variety of cards at Discover Your Spiritual Gifts that have amazing art and beautiful messages. These are helpful to see repeatedly throughout the day, or even on a weekly basis. The short and encouraging messages on the cards can really keep you on track and remind you to remain hopeful and take clear steps toward your goals.
While a vision board is an amazing way to clarify your yearly goals, keeping smaller individual pictures of what you are manifesting in the short term can also be helpful. Put that new car or vacation destination in your field of vision to help you feel into your success. Superimpose a photo of your face or body in the new home office or she-shed you are manifesting. Having this visual will reinforce the other ways you’re putting your intentions into action.
Write your weekly goals for your business or personal life each Sunday to help you stay on track and make your goals manageable. I have a dry erase board in my office where I can write out these goals and see them each time I am on my computer. Keeping photos or printed pictures of people from various media that encourage or inspire you will also keep your momentum moving forward.
It takes a village, and it is important to be mindful of those supporting you and those who might benefit from the goals and the intentions you are setting.
These ideas encapsulate your recipes for success! This month is all about connections, so use these tools to help you connect your dreams to reality!
This month, I will be hosting an ARTshop on April 1st at Discover your spiritual gifts. We will do a light meditation, self-reflection, and work on strategies for intentional living.
We will create a painted tile intention holder so you can have a place to put your daily oracle card, pictures, goals, and photos to help you stay motivated and living an intentional life in 2021!
