Kundalini Yoga: Flourishing Flow and Abundance with Lakshmi, Goddess of Abundance
Kundalini yoga promotes our spiritual journey because it is the yoga of subtle energy. The poses, called Kriya, are designed to move energy through our chakras, so we feel a flow of energy throughout the body and bring upon a lightness of being.
Many spiritualists on their journeys are focused on their connection through the upper chakras to increase intuition and open their 3rd eye. When we intend flow and abundance, we need to also focus on grounding and stabilizing our lower Chakras, especially our sacral for flow and abundance.
Lakshmi is the Goddess of fertility, good fortune, wealth and prosperity and a perfect fit to work with during this Kriya focusing on flourishing flow and abundance. Hindus worship Lakshmi especially during Diwali, the festival of lights, as it marks the beginning of the financial year.
How To Harness Your Own Goddess Energy of Flow and Abundance?
“Everything that Lakshmi represents is also within you! Her subtle, yet powerful, divine feminine energy is available to you because wealth is an inside job.”
Lakshmi holds a lotus, and it symbolizes that the lotus blooms at divine timing, and the goal is to realize, abundance is of the soul. The lotus blooms when we align our actions with our souls assignments or contracts.
If you haven’t heard of Kundalini, its the awakening of our awareness, creativity, and intuition. Cyndi Dale, author of Chakra Healing, refers to Kundalini as “a sacred energy that transforms our life spiritually and physically, and is a secret to well-being and wisdom.”
In this class, we will awaken our flow and abundance through movement of the subtle energies, particularly the lower chakras. How the Saturday July 10 class is structured;
