Activating Chakras with Kundalini Yoga for Energy Flow and Synchronies
We have all been there: Our energy and connection are moving, flowing, syncing up with what we intended to actualize, and it’s showing up in our life. Then it happens; something is different and no matter what we do, the energies or connection we were feeling is now non-existent.
Many times, we start thinking … It was working, and what changed? Did the energy in the collective shift? Maybe I’m on the wrong path and not supposed to do this, etc.
Possibly it’s all of this; and possibly it’s similar to learning and excelling at something new. For example, someone may be good from the beginning at a sport, but only by working through mistakes and setbacks do they evolve and become ready to be an excellent player and even a master.
Taking that scenario into Chakras, Energy and Life
Chakras are vibrational energy centers that connect with our intuition, we also receive our psychic messages through the Chakras. The Chakras hold emotions, thoughts, memories and beliefs which can have an impact on our sense of wellbeing, energy and vibration, therefore, its key to balance and activate when things feel off.
Vibrational energy moves a lot quicker than it did in the last decades and the setbacks may show up a lot quicker, which explains why we may feel extreme changes, or overwhelm or energetically off quickly. It can feel as extreme as feeling you’re on the wrong path
Your Chakras may just need a reboot, re-balancing, or activation to quickly align with the current energies which can be achieved quickly with Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini yoga is a great practice with your spiritual work because it's the yoga of subtle energy. This union of the physical body with the subtle energy bodies is created through simple poses, mudra, mantra, breathing techniques and meditation.

- An overview of the Chakras and how to rebalance and activate them through Kundalini Yoga
- Warm up poses
- Kriya (series of Kundalini yoga poses)
- Guided meditation to rebalance and activate your Chakras, option to journal (Journal writing guide provided)
- Closing mantra

Can anyone do Kundalini yoga? Yes
Even those with knee problems because most exercises are on the floor, and for those who can't sit on the floor comfortably, they can sit in a chair.
Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, blanket or sweater/sweatshirt for Savasana (final resting pose), water bottle and a journal. (Journal is optional.)
