Celebrating Rituals and Radiance and Manifest Easily with Kundalini Yoga

As the year is approaching completion, we start with giving gratitude and thanks with Thanksgiving and celebrate Winter Solstice as we cherish health and happiness.
Being mindful of the cycles of life, we can ask, “what am I most grateful for this year and what moments brought upon pure joy?” The ritual of gratitude begins the cycle of radiance, and the universe moves into alignment with our desired. Therefore, we manifest more easily and are ready to receive with an open heart
December is the month of grace, as the wheel or cycle turns from fall to winter, it brings in the stillness and permission to slow down. This allows time and space for ourselves, and may include time with loved ones, lighting candles around your home, turning off electronics and focusing on sacred activities of rituals and gatherings.
The magic expands through radiance and rituals. We can connect with the lineage and ancestors of lightworkers who have shared the traditions and rituals, so we deepen our own footprint and radiance.
Let’s end the year by connecting to our radiant self, honoring rituals, and manifesting easily. Kundalini yoga is called the “Yoga of Awareness.” Kundalini yoga awakens energy, enhances awareness, and connects us to our radiant self. Through movement we flex and flow energy up the Kundalini to increase deeper insights and honor rituals as we prepare to integrate our energies from 2022.
Join Celebrating Rituals and Radiance through Kundalini Yoga on Friday December 9 at 930-1045am. All you need is a yoga mat, and water bottle and dress comfortably
A Kundalini Yoga class is a combination of yoga poses (called Kriya), breath, meditation, mantra and mudra. It not only makes the physical body stronger and more energetic, but it also balances our subtle bodies.

Those new to yoga and/or new to Kundalini yoga and experienced are welcome. If you are new to Kundalini yoga, most exercises are on the floor. For those who can't sit on the floor comfortably, adjustments will be provided, and/or a chair will be available.
