In 2005 Missy Pujatnai started down a path of self-discovery and healing through practicing yoga consistently. In 2008 she graduated with her Masters in Social Work from The University of Denver (DU). In 2009 she completed an intensive self-awakening program now called the NOWNESS method. Missy has been working in field of mental health since 2011 and started a community program at a mental health recovery center in Boulder, CO. At the same time, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Denver, CO and has been teaching since 2012 in Boulder, Golden and Centennial. After the yoga training Missy completed a training and internship in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to obtain tools to live a life that is more in line with her true nature and guide others to do so. Missy is passionate about helping individuals work through blockages (self-limiting mind patterns, emotions and/or past trauma) to help them rise to their full potential NOW. In addition, she has started working with clients on giving them an experience of the NOWness method, which is experiential work that brings folks into the present moment experience.
