Have you ever thought about teaching spiritual classes? Would you like to offer these types of programs? 

Discover Your Spiritual Gifts was created to be an Education Center for Spiritual, Healing, & Empowerment programs. Vialet combines her expertise in education and spirituality to create a scholarly approach to teaching spiritual programs. Most instructors deliver programs that are aligned with their own learning style. It is important to design programs that reach a broader audience and style. 

  • When were you last disappointed in a class you have taken?

  • When did you last enjoy a class you have taken? 
  • How do you measure the value of a program? 

Join me as we dive deep into these questions and the foundational elements of delivering an amazing class and program to your students. This program requires that you attend four (4) classes.

Students will receive: 

  • Twelve hours of instruction & practice (in-person & online)
  • Self-published book
  • Hands-on experience
  • Certificate of Completion
  • Graduates will be given an opportunity to be selected for teaching Vialet's classes and programs. 

COST: $333(includes all classes and materials)

PILOT COST: $288 until August 31st, 2023

FIRST CLASS: Modules 1 & 2 

MODULE #1: PROGRAM CONTENT

  • What are some of the adult learning principles and challenges to consider?
  • What to consider regarding the content of your program?
  • What delivery methods should you consider for your program?
  • What is the value you will be offering in your program?
MODULE #2 PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Learning Objectives:
  • What to consider when structuring your program?
  • What will be important when managing the program?
  • What to consider to meet the needs of adult learners?

HOMEWORK: Prepare a Delivery on a Topic

MODULE #3: PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT

Learning Objectives:

  • What techniques can you use to engage your students?
  • What are ways that to manage distractions?  
  • What will you need to meet students’ expectations?

MODULE #4: PROGRAM SETUP

Learning Objectives:

  • What are some of things to consider in your setup?
  • What will you need to do to set your space?
  • What will you do to receive feedback from your program?

MODULE #6 PROGRAM PRICING
Learning Objectives:
  • How to price your classes when you are new
  • How to price your new classes
  • How to do a cost vs profit analysis
  • Are you competitive with the market value for the class?

  • What are some of the different approaches to marketing?

  • How will you improve your programs?
  • How will you evaluate your programs?
  • How do you measure success?
  • What are some of indicators to end or change a program?

About Vialet

Vialet has been designing and delivering training, classes, and workshops for over thirty (30) years. She was a human resource professional that designed management, leadership, and technical training programs in several industries. Vialet completed her master’s degree in Human Resources Development at Webster University and she taught college development programs for bachelor and master programs. She was recognized as Rookie of the Year for her teaching style and delivery.
