The program will begin with a guided meditation for self-love, followed by an opportunity to enjoy Chocolate Rose Tea while pulling a card and receiving an insightful message. Participants will reflect on two key questions: What is self-love? How can we nurture our heart?
Together, we’ll explore self-love practices and make commitments to nurture ourselves. Program highlights include:
- Creating your own essential oil blend for self-love
- Writing a heartfelt love letter to yourself
- Crafting a bath salt mixture to pamper and nourish your body
This nurturing experience will leave you feeling grounded, loved, and aligned with your heart.
Self-love requires that you develop a healthy and compassionate relationship with self. It encompasses these aspects, including self-acceptance, self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-care. It is time to focus on YOU. What are you ready to bring into your life?
