Our Sacred Healing Sound Bath invites you into an immersive experience where the beautiful vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments surround you.

As you rest comfortably, two sound practitioners create layers of sound designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Whether this is your first sound bath or part of your monthly self-care practice, you are welcome here.

WHAT MAKES OUR SOUND BATHS SPECIAL?

This is more than listening to beautiful music. It is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in sound.

Our experiences include a variety of instruments, such as:

Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
Gongs and crystal pyramids
Ocean drums and rainsticks
Koshi chimes, rattles, and percussion

Two practitioners create a multidimensional sound experience, sometimes playing instruments above or around participants.

Every session offers a different combination of sounds and vibrations.

NEW TO SOUND BATHS? YOU ARE WELCOME!

No meditation experience is necessary.

Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to relax. You do not need to know how to meditate or practice any particular spiritual tradition.

What to bring: A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and comfortable clothing. You may also bring an eye mask or a few favorite crystals.

Please note: Some instruments create powerful, loud vibrations. Participants should be comfortable with varying sound intensities.
