The gongs were powerful to me. The vibration traveled through my body releasing tension that I didn't know was there. I had visions passing through that was helping me release stress. This was a magical experience. That describes every encounter I experience with Vialet and her classes. My heart opens fully to embrace everything there is to offer.

The combination of sound was magical. It's as if the stars, earth and moon came together to soothe the soul and awaken possibility. The flute was a healing sound and opened my heart. The gong is such a powerful tool which moves the energy and disburses pent up energy. The sound bath artists harmonized with intent and love. It was an experience I won't soon forget.

I recently went to a sound bath at the Historic Merritt Wellness Center and absolutely loved the experience. Having five different sound practitioners, who all were clearly passionate and creative, provided depth and variety in the sound journey. It felt immersive without being overwhelming, and the whole hour had this really beautiful sense of slowing down, letting go, and just being present.
