Sound healing has been used for centuries. Today, new research, is showing the science of sound along with the health benefits. It is regaining popularity as the pre-eminent healing modality.

This program will provide an introduction to the history, scientific research, benefits, and instruments of sound healing. Vialet will give everyone an opportunity to learn about various sound instruments. She has a large collection of various instruments. The participants will learn how to play, care for and use the instruments for themselves and others.

NOTE: Some of the students participate in Vialet's monthly Sacred Healing Sound Baths. She continues to mentor the students outside of class. She encourages her students to attend the sound healing events at the center and at other locations to experience different styles and approaches.
