The path of healing may be the most difficult one for you. It is our nature to want to hold on tightly to the things that are familiar to us even though they may not serve us on our journey. I will be asking you to let go of the things that no longer serve your highest good. We cannot receive if we are not able to release.

Healing is a continued process for everyone. We should never stop healing. As you heal, you will become lighter and you will feel freer. It is time to move through the experience and allow yourself to heal. The process allows each of us to peel back the layers of pain that we hold onto so tightly.

There are tons of different types of healing. We will introduce you to some gentle methods of healing that you can do for yourself and others. I personally believe that everyone on the planet today is here to heal the wounds of the past, present, and future. We have each been called to peel back the wounds of our ancestors, family, community, and universe.
