SOUND BATH: WHAT TO BRING

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and dress comfortable for this event. You will be lying down on the floor.
You may bring an eye mask for an enhanced experience.
Your crystals and jewelry will love the energy. There is limited space, so bring a few pieces.

These programs are limited to ten (10) participants. You MUST pre-pay and register for these programs to have a guaranteed spot. These are popular programs and can sell out fast. Bring a friend or family member to these amazing experiences in South Denver.

NOTE: The sound will be loud. We will be using a mixture of sound instruments including a gong, crystal/tibetan bowls, crystal pyramid, metal drum, drums/rattles, ocean drum, rainstick, koshi chimes, etc. We will have two individuals playing a variety of instruments. Some of our practitioners will play instruments over you.
