RENT AN OFFICE SPACE

We rent office space to small business owners that would like a sacred space to work. Our space is located on the second floor of a three story office building. The building has an elevator to the second floor. We provide a secure space for individuals to work. 

The availability is subject to change. The rooms can be rented one day a week to see your clients. They have set days each week/month. The practitioners have access to the space from 7 AM – 7 PM on their scheduled day.

What does RENTAL include:

The practitioner rooms are beautifully decorated. Some of the rooms have a massage table. You will be responsible for bringing in your own bedding. We require that bedding is changed for each client for sanitary reasons.

  • You may Write Articles for our newsletter, blog, and social media posts.
  • You have the opportunity to Collaborate with other team members.

Our goal is to build a community of like-minded individuals. We encourage individuals stop by and drop into the center. The center has a neon sign in the window that has “Psychics Healers”, so people can stop by and meet us.

SET OFFICE HOURS

The TEAM MEMBERS that have set office hours are given additional marketing. The individual commits to being at the center for a minimum of four hours on their scheduled day. The office hours need to be consistent, since we are promoting them and their hours in additional marketing.

  • They will be listed on the website for “Book A Session”
  • They will be listed on the Psychics Medium and Energy Healers webpage.
  • They will be included on our Social Media schedule
  • They will be included in our Newsletter schedule

DYSG pays for additional marketing for the Book A Session page. You receive the benefits of this marketing for FREE, but you must have consistent office hours. This requires you to be in the space during these hours.

HOURLY RENTAL

As a team member at our center, you will also have the ability to rent the Butterfly room for a few hours outside your set schedule. This is based on availability.

For example: You are renting the room on Tuesdays, but your client needs to schedule a session on a Wednesday. You can check the availability on Wednesday in our Hourly Practitioner Room.

  • $30 for two hours
  • $35 for two and half hours
  • $40 for three hours

You will be provided an online booking link during your onboarding. This link can be used to book the room for a few hours outside of your scheduled time.

What do we RECOMMEND for success:

  • A professionally designed website. It can be 1-2 pages.
  • A business phone number and contact.
  • A Google business page.
  • A professional bio (third person).
  • Professional and/or brand photos.
  • An online scheduling system.
  • An understanding of market/competitive pricing.
  • An understanding of your niche and perfect client.
  • A marketing plan or strategy.

As a business owner, it can be overwhelming to start and grow a business. It requires more than a passion to be successful. Vialet has been coaching small business owners for years. She provides business coaching and enjoys supporting business owners reaching success. Everyone has their own style and approach to their work. When you start a new business, you must be invested and ready to take the time to build it. It does not happen overnight.

PEACOCK (READER) ROOM

We have a dedicated Psychic Reader room at our center. The individuals that rent this room must commit to the set hours for this room:

  • Weekdays: 12 PM – 6 PM
  • Weekends: 12 PM – 5 PM

This room does not have a massage table. The individuals that rent this room may set their own prices for their sessions. The minimum rate is the market rate of $60 for 30 minutes and $110 for 60 minutes. The individuals may offer additional services and packages beyond the typical 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. As a business owner, we honor your value within our community and we want to provide you the flexibility to grow your own business.

Our practitioners are required to meet our standards of professionalism including business standards, policies, insurance, etc. Our foundation is built on collaboration and not competition. We look for individuals that are aligned with our values and looking to provide a professional service with a high level of integrity. The center provides opportunities for practitioners to connect and attract clients, but we are not responsible for building your clientele or business. Clients make decisions based on their connection with practitioner. You are solely responsible for growing your own business.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RENTING A ROOM?

  • You must meet with the owner, Vialet B Rayne.
  • You must complete an agreement with SignNow.
  • You must have current insurance coverage.
  • You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of one month’s rent.
  • The agreement is for six months and month-to-month after six months.
  • You must give 30 days written notice to end agreement.
  • The rental invoices are due the 1st of the month.

As a practitioner at our center, you will also have the ability to rent a room for a few hours outside your set schedule. For example: You are renting the room on Tuesdays, but your client needs to schedule a session on a Wednesday. You can check the availability on Wednesday in our Hourly Practitioner Room.
