The physical body is the tangible aspect of your experience. It is the personality and ego of the individual. In psychoanalytic theory, Sigmund Freud introduced the concept of the ego as one of the three components of the human psyche, alongside the id and the superego. The ego is responsible for mediating between the impulses of the id, which operates on the pleasure principle, and the demands of the superego, which represents internalized societal norms and values. The ego wants to protect you, including your fears.
The emotional & mental soul is often considered the seat of emotions, desires, intuition, and the deeper aspects of human consciousness. It encompasses one’s thoughts, feelings, values, and sense of identity. Aligning the soul involves nurturing emotional and psychological well-being, cultivating self-awareness, and fostering qualities such as compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and resilience.
The divine spirit represents the transcendent aspect of human existence, connecting individuals to a higher power, universal consciousness, or divine source. It encompasses qualities such as wisdom, purpose, transcendence, and the recognition of interconnectedness with all life. Aligning the spirit involves deepening one’s spiritual connection, seeking meaning and purpose in life, and living in alignment with spiritual values and principles.
When these three are in alignment, individuals experience spiritual enlightenment and ascension.
Inner Transformation

This process involves expanding awareness, releasing limiting beliefs, and attaining higher states of consciousness.
Our thoughts and words create our reality. An individual must have a dedication to being present in their lives, so that they are in the driver seat of their own life. It requires that we slow down and pause throughout the day to connect to our inner guidance and consciousness.

Practitioners seek to awaken to their true nature, uncovering the divine spark within and realizing their interconnectedness with the universe. This is a state of being where we are all connected.
