You can use essential oils to clear the energies you have picked up from other objects, individuals, & spaces. We tend to be vacuum cleaners, sucking up energy everywhere we go. These energies impact our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. They can impact our health over time.

In this article, we connect with three essential oils for clearing our energies and the energies of our space. These oils include Chamomile, Eucalyptus, & Palo Santo.

Regarded as “holy wood” in South America, this oil is for healing, purifying, and medicinal practices. It has been used by tribes for centuries.

How can you use these essential oils in your daily practice? 

There are numerous ways that you can use essential oils including: 

  • Diffusing them in your workspace and home.
  • Dropping them in your sacred bath.
  • Inhaling them during your meditations and rituals. 
  • Integrating them in your intentions and magical practices. 
  • Creating a blend to be worn as a perfume OR adding them to your shower gels, shampoos, soaps, etc.
