Meditation with Archangel Uriel: Embracing Wisdom and Divine Truth

Introduction

Welcome to this meditation with Archangel Uriel, the angel of wisdom and illumination. Today, we will connect with Uriel to transform negative energy, embrace the wisdom of the universe, and gain insight into your divine truth. Uriel appears as a red flame of light, igniting clarity, courage, and truth within you.

Find a quiet place where you can relax without distractions. Sit comfortably with your hands resting on your knees or heart. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in… and release. Let’s begin.

Grounding & Centering

Take three deep breaths: inhale deeply, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly. With each exhale, release any tension or worry.

Now, visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, anchoring deep into the earth. Feel the steady, grounding energy of the earth rise up through these roots, filling your body with calm and stability.

Picture a soft, white light descending from above, entering the crown of your head, and flowing gently through your body. This is the energy of divine transformation, clearing away any lingering negativity.

Calling Upon Archangel Uriel

With your eyes closed, visualize a glowing red flame in front of you. This flame burns brightly, yet it radiates a comforting warmth.

Silently or aloud, call upon Archangel Uriel:

“Archangel Uriel, angel of wisdom and illumination, I invite your presence into this sacred space. Surround me with your red flame of light and help me release all that no longer serves me. Guide me to embrace my divine truth and the wisdom of the universe.”

Feel Uriel’s energy growing stronger around you. A sense of warmth and clarity begins to fill the space. The red flame expands, surrounding you in a cocoon of transformative light.

Transforming Negative Energy

Take a moment to acknowledge any negative emotions, limiting beliefs, or lingering doubts that may be weighing on you. As you breathe deeply, visualize these energies as a gray mist surrounding your body.

See the red flame of Archangel Uriel beginning to burn brighter around you. This flame consumes the gray mist, transforming it into light and releasing it into the universe.

  • With each inhale, draw in Uriel’s transformative energy.
  • With each exhale, release negativity, fear, and doubt.

As the gray mist dissolves completely, feel yourself becoming lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your true self.

Connecting to Universal Wisdom

Now, visualize Archangel Uriel standing before you, radiant and majestic, his red flame glowing brightly. He places his hands above your head, and you feel a warm stream of light entering your crown.

This light carries the wisdom of the universe. Allow it to flow through you, filling your mind, heart, and soul with clarity and understanding.

Uriel speaks to you gently:
