REGISTRATION
When you register to volunteer, you will receive a confirmation email for the registration. There are a variety of activites for the volunteers. If you are unable to volunteer, please cancel or reschedule your registeration. There is a blue button at the bottom of the email confirmation. NOTE: If you are trying to register and it is not available, the spots have been taken.
ADDRESS HOLIDAY🎄 CARDS
Vialet sends out 250 cards every holiday. Are you willing to pick up cards and to hand address the envelopes? Each individual will pick up 125 envelopes and addresses.
Pick up Date: November 13th – 16th
Drop off Date: By December 10th

Be part of the fun and excitement! Vialet will be on vacation AND Nikki will need help for this fair.

Thursday, April 25th, 2025
3 PM – 5 PM
SETUP CREW. We will be setting up the booth for the expo. You need to be able to unload, unpack, and assist with assembling the booth and lights.

12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
We are making connections and handing out bags. You will be sharing your experience with DYSG. The volunteers get into the expo for FREE.
3 Hour Shifts:
- 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Break Down)
BREAK DOWN CREW at 5 PM: You will need to be able to pack up, load, and unassembled the booth. This usually takes us about 30 minutes.
