Hello! My name is Dr Sarah J and I specialize in the subconscious reparenting of the inner child via archetypal analysis.
I am a mother of three perfect children and a Yorkshire Terrier. I moved to Colorado in 2011 and absolutely fell in love with the never-ending picturesque landscapes! I have been a teacher in some compacity my entire life and have taught children and inner children of EVERY age. For as long as I have been a teacher, I have also been a student as I feel the two walk hand in hand.
My story began much like any other, with some pretty negative life experiences that led to me craving not only healing, but MORE. More to life, more to love, more to myself…
This thirst for more led to many many years of studying, practicing, and experiencing the power of over 200 different healing modalities. Exploring world religions, apprenticing under many different and unique shamans, hosting and participating in women’s circles, spiritual retreats…you name it, I was ALL IN!
The joy and incredible abundance I have received through this immense growth process inspired me to want to help others experience the same. We are a collective, when one of us heals…we program that energy into the grid for the benefit of all!
