Allow each breath, in and out, to center and ground you.

Continue to take deep breaths in and out.
Allow your breaths to align with your heartbeat.
These breaths are gentle and healing.
Each breath is taking you deeper into a meditative state.
Your shoulders are beginning to relax.
You are becoming more and more comfortable in your space.
You are resting comfortably in a beautiful pyramid of Light.
The Light is bright, but it is not uncomfortable.
Your shoulders begin to relax.
As you look around the room, the ceiling and walls are quartz crystals.
The space seems to be vibrating in alignment to your breath.
As you listen to my voice, you are going deeper within yourself.

You may notice that your mind will wander from time to time.
This is an opportunity for you to bring your focus back to your breath.
Lean into the rhythm of each breath, in and out.
This practice allows you to strengthen your ability to focus.
Today’s meditation is focused on “forgiveness.”
When you hold onto wounds and pains, you give your power to others.
These chains hold you back from moving forward with healthy relationships.
Feel the shackles and chains that are weighing you down today.
Where are the energies in your physical body? (Pause)
First Person
Find the first energy block, the energy may feel heavy.
The energy may feel dark. (Pause)
The energy may feel void. (Pause)
Who is this energy connected to? (Pause)
You do not have to relive the experience.
You do not have to accept the experience.
Focus on that energy block in your physical body.
Visualize that you are gathering all the pain, heartache, & wounds in an energy ball.
On the other side of the pyramid is a sacred fire burning.
Take the energy ball over to the sacred fire.
With a deep cleansing breath, release the energy ball into the sacred fire.
Second Person
Find the next energy block, the energy may feel heavy.
The energy may feel dark. (Pause)
The energy may feel void. (Pause)
Who is this energy connected to? (Pause)
You do not have to relive the experience.
You do not have to accept the experience.
Focus on that energy block in your physical body.
Visualize that you are gathering all the pain, heartache, & wounds in an energy ball.
Take the energy ball to the sacred fire.
It is time to release this energy too.
With a deep cleansing breath, release the energy ball into the sacred fire.
Breathe in and out with grace and ease (Pause)

Time to Forgive Yourself
You also need to forgive yourself.
When have you disappointed yourself? (Pause)
When have you disappointed others? (Pause)
It is important you have compassion for yourself.
Take this time to embrace yourself with unconditional love.
You are Divine. (Pause)
You are Sacred. (Pause)
You are Loved. (Pause)
The Healing Angels are going to backfill all of these with the Golden Light of God’s Love.
Take a deep cleansing breath and allow these energies to flow.
Allow it to fill every cell of your body with God’s Love.
