VIALET B RAYNE’S PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Before starting her business, Vialet B Rayne’s professional experience included several senior management roles in Human Resources. She worked with start-up, small and medium size organizations in positions focused on human resources, operations, training, and organizational development. Vialet has expertise in the area of Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Performance Management which leads to organizational design, growth and talent development. 

She has designed, implemented and facilitated in-class and online professional development programs for managers and executives for several organizations including a Fortune 500 company. She has been teaching throughout her entire career. Vialet has developed training programs for various organizations and classroom curriculum for college business programs. She was a college professor for ten years teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs. 

College Professor & Educator

She has designed and delivered undergraduate and graduate courses in Business, Human Resources, Leadership and Career Management for several colleges and universities. Vialet was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” during the first year teaching at a collegiate level in San Diego. Her experience includes building a business of HR Certification courses over twelve years ago. Vialet’s approach and teaching style dramatically increased the passing rates of her students.

Vialet has been successful in leadership roles within her career and working with people at all levels of businesses for over twenty years. She worked as HR executive in a Fortune 500 company. Vialet built the HR infrastructure of the organization. As Vice President of Human Resources, she was an integrate leader in expanding one of the locations from 80 to 800 employees in eighteen months. She has work with fast-growing and start up organizations.

In her career, she held several leadership roles with professional boards in the human resources field. She is a proven business leader in her field. Vialet developed a comprehensive education program for Human Resource professionals to prepare for the PHR and SPHR certification programs. Her students averaged a 90% passing rate for a certification program that averaged a 60% passing rate.

Vialet holds a Masters of Business Administration and a dual Masters of Arts degree focused on Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development. She was certified in Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification with HRCI and Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) with the Society of Human Resources Management.
