Does the Universe balance our blessings with opportunities?
If you have been following Discover Your Spiritual Gifts over the last six years, you may be aware that we have experienced a flood and recently a car impacting the building. I believe that some individuals have been thinking about the impact of the Universe on our beautiful, sacred center. Are these incidents a message? Are there consequences for being blessed?

I was reading an article in the last few weeks and the writer stated that the Universe creates balance in all things. They stated that everyone should be aware that there is a negative consequence for every blessing that is received. I was having a difficult time processing this thought. I do believe that this planet requires balance and that there is polarity in all things.
Back to the question, does the Universe balance our blessings by bringing challenges into our lives? This thought process is often associated with the belief that the Universe requires balance in all things. There are belief systems and spiritual teachings that have interpretations around the word, karma.
The concept of karma originated in ancient Indian religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. This concept is aligned with the universal law of cause and effect. This law states that every action, whether physical, verbal, or mental, has a consequence. These consequences may manifest in this lifetime or during future lives. The nature of the consequence is believed to be driven by the intention of the action.
Positive actions or actions that were taken to generate a positive outcome for everyone connected will result in positive experiences in the future. The opposite outcome will also occur regarding negative actions that will lead to negative experiences. Karma is often associated with the idea of taking responsibility for your actions.
This concept can also be aligned with our thoughts, words, and written text. If you are focused on the positive, you will attract positive outcomes and experiences in your life. It is important that you are consciously aware of what you are thinking and saying throughout the day.

I decided to spend some time with my divine team (guides) to ask them this question. Keep in mind that some of my divine team consists of galactical beings that hold a higher vibration and thought process than most of us.
QUESTION: DO WE PAY A PRICE FOR ASKING FOR BLESSINGS IN OUR LIFE?
Answer: No, the Universe does create and manage the balance of all things. However, you are not subject to negative outcomes and experiences because you received something positive in your life. It is always important to hold a space of gratitude for the things that you have earned, manifested, and received in your life.
QUESTION: WHY DO WE EXPERIENCE DIFFICULT THINGS IN OUR LIVES?
Answer: You created a divine plan before you came into this lifetime. This divine plan included soul agreements that you chose for your personal and spiritual growth and evolution in this lifetime. Each of the experiences in your life provides you with an opportunity to choose your reaction. The Universe has provided each of us on this planet with free will. Have you ever noticed that you have similar experiences over and over again? These experiences will shift based on your reaction to the experience and eventually, you stop having the same experiences. You have shifted your perspective and the soul agreement has been completed. These are opportunities for evolution and completion.
Why did we experience someone hitting the building? If you have ever visited the center, you are aware of our external stairs coming into the space. I believe that all of us have asked for safer stairs into our building. The stairs have become more hazardous over time, and we have been overly concerned about them.
The place where the car hit the building, created a separation of the external walkway from the building. Our hope is that the stairs will be fixed from this incident and that our prayers will be answered.
I have found that most difficult experiences lead to a positive outcome.
