MAY IS ABOUT CREATIVITY

The month of May holds the energy of Creativity. This is the month to get creative as you step out of Spring and into the Summer months. Spring brings the opportunity to plant new seeds and to create new things in our lives. Take time to get creative, so that you can manifest new things in your life.

Creativity

As we move into the energies of Creativity, you are being asked to connect with your creative juices to create new things in your life.

Ask yourself these questions:

• What has gotten stagnant in my life?
• Where am I stuck?
• What would I like to create?
• What are some new seeds that I could plant with the universe?

The best way to get creative and get moving is to allow space for play and fun. Here are some ideas to consider:

• Find a way to play, laugh, and dance by gathering friends or family. This is a great time for a family reunion, picnic, or a family outing.
• Schedule a playdate with a friend or family member.
• Take a class on painting, ceramics, pottery, woodwork, etc.
• Check out our Magical Fairy Playshops on Mother’s Day weekend.

0 Fool

Energies: Brand New. New Beginnings. New Starts, Clean Slate.

The Fool is asking you to find new ways to play and have fun with friends or family. Be brave and try something totally new. It is not about being perfect. It is about have a fun and creative experience.

I Magician

Energies: Mastery. Confidence. Intellect. Resourcefulness.

As the Magician, you have the resources you need to schedule and plan a fun and creative playdate or social event with friends and family. When you are able to find mastery in your life, you will discover the importance of the small things in our lives. Everyone needs time to play, laugh, and dance on a regular basis.

II High Priestess

Energies: Wisdom. Knowledge. Intuition. Higher Powers.

She holds the mystery and wisdom of the universe. The High Priestess reminds you of the importance of following your heart. Take a moment to check in with yourself and discover the real value of play and laughter in our lives. Share your smile and laughter with those that you love.

III Empress

Energies: Nurturing. Family. Fertility. Abundance. Beauty.

The Empress hold the maternal energies of nurture and care. She is recommending that you nurture your relationships through play and laughter. Find fun and playful ways to connect with those you love. Schedule a playdate with your children and/or spouse.

IV Emperor

Energies: Authority. Leader. Structure. Solid Foundation.

He holds the energies of stability and security. The Emperor requires that you structure a plan for creating more fun and play in your life. When you take time to play, you will find that you are more creative and innovative in all of the areas of your life. It is time to set a solid foundation for your life that includes play, laughter, and dance.  

V Hierophant

Energies: Teacher. Teaching. Beliefs. Religion. Tradition.

The Hierophant is the counselor. You need to reach out to someone that you know to assist you in bringing more play and creativity into your life. Allow yourself to try something creative. Take a class, go on a retreat, schedule a playdate, etc.

VI Lovers

Energies: Love. Relationships. Union. Choices.

This card holds the energies of relationships and love. Make a fun connection with the people that you love by participating in a playful event or date with them. You can drop a love note for someone special with a sweet treat. Some playful dates or events may include: putt putt golf, arcada games, paint and sip, baseball game, etc.   

VII Chariot

Energies: Take Action. Motion. Determination. Will Power

The Chariot is pushing hard for you to move forward. You may be making this harder than it really is. Let go, surrender, and be a kid again! Find your own playground to be creative and play. There are no limitations.

VIII Strength

Energies: Patience. Compassion. Strength. Courage. Control

This month, you will be asked to be compassionate and patient with yourself. You are being really tough on yourself. Trust your instincts and allow yourself some down time to get creative and play. Take some time to play this month.  

IX Hermit

Energies: Introspection. Pause. Inner Guidance. Soul Searching.

This card indicates that you need to pause for a moment. It is time to take a day off or to take some time for a vacation or a retreat. Plan some fun in the sun or time to get creative. If you take time off from your routine, make sure that it is fun and full of play.   

X Wheel of Fortune

Energies: Destiny. Change. Luck. Karma.

The universe is bringing positive things into your life. Find fun ways to celebrate your good fortune. Share some of that good fortune with others that may also need some fun in their life. Step into the creative juices and create big things in your life.

XI Justice

Energies: Fairness. Truth. Legal. Law. Cause & Effect.

The Justice card reminds you that it is important to stand in your own truth. Take time this month to really connect with your heart and truth. It is time to bring some fun and play into your life. Get creative and manifest your dreams.

XII Hanged Man

Energies: Crossroads. Decision. Sacrifice.

This card presents a decision. You need to make decisions about carving out more time for you. You cannot be all work and no play. It is time to let go of the things that are not working and to create time for play and love in your life.   

XIII Death

Energies: Transformation. Transition. Ending. Letting Go.

The Death card typically does not represent a physical death. This card is nudging you to let go of all the heavy baggage in your life. It is time to stop dragging around the heaviness of your heart. Create time to play and laugh more. Make it a priority.

XIV Temperance

Energies: Life Balance. Purpose. Meaning

This card reminds you to slow down and smell the roses. Find the balance of work and play. It is time to make sure that you have equal efforts in both. Get creative and reconnect to your happy self.

XV: Devil

Energies: Fears. Compulsive. Materialism. Addiction.

The Devil appears to make sure that you are not allowing your fears to guide you. It is time to connect to what is truly important. Reconnect with your heart and allow that inner child within out to play.   

XVI Tower

Energies: Sudden Change. Disruption. Revelation

The universe is making major changes in your life. There are things that are shifting. Make sure you to honor yourself and take time to connect with those you love that can support you through this change. Find time to do something fun.

XVII Star

Energies: Inspiration. Connected. Hope. Spirituality

You are being asked to have hope. Your connection with your spirituality is a blessing. Take time to love yourself and to nurture your soul. Your soul wants you to take time to play and be creative. Have fun this month and allow yourself to see the blessing in all things.   

XVIII Moon

Energies: Dreaming. Subconscious. Distraction. Auto-pilot.

The Moon brings in the energies of illusion and deceptions. It is important that you take the time to see past the surface. You need to get off auto-pilot and to become more conscious of your day to day. Take time to play and have fun this month.

XIX Sun

Energies: Inner Child. Fun. Play. Joy. Success.

This card brings in the energies of celebration and success. The Sun card is nudging you to take some time to play. Take a vacation. Go on a retreat. Take a day off to play and be a kid. Bring joy to your life through creative play.

XX Judgment

Energies: Take Responsibility. Self-Examination. Absolution.

You are awakening to the divine being that you are. Being responsible doesn’t require that you lose yourself. Take time to laugh, play, and dance. Look around and examine what is important to you.

XXI The World

Energies: Completion. Accomplishment. Integration

The World represents the end of a cycle in our lives. You have completed one cycle and it is time to begin another cycle. Bring more play and fun into your next cycle in life. Make sure that you allow yourself to be creative.
