We are drawn to celebration and ceremony. Ceremony is defined as a formal or religious occasion or the ritual observances and procedures performed at grand and formal occasions.
Do you love ceremonies?
There are rituals and ceremonies based on the natural cycles of the seasons, the moon, and the practices of our ancestors, family, religions, belief systems, country, states, cities, schools, sports teams, and so much more. We come together to in ceremony to celebrate or acknowledge births, marriages, and the death of someone that we loved or respected. Each of us have our own experiences with these rituals and ceremonies.
As we gather together, we unite into a group that shares the same beliefs, connection, relationships, and/or practices. When we look back on our lives, we tend to remember these moments when we gathered together. Some of these times are filled with great joy and celebration and some of these contain heavy feelings of loss. Whatever the reason or the circumstance, we tend to remember the connections that we experienced within the group.

- A demonstration of the tools and techniques that the students learned in this program.
